The first time I called them, I had tried another company in the area, and they were going to make me wait for days before someone came out to see what was going on. A coworker who lives in the area suggested The Demick Co, and they came out within a matter of hours. I had to wait a few days to get the equipment I needed, but Alexander talked me through the process and came up with a temporary solution to the problem, which calmed my anxiety immediately. I just had to call again about another issue, and he was proactive about coming out to make sure everything was safe and in order, which is immediately comforting to a first-time homeowner. Another factor that cannot be lost in this review is that I felt safe with them in my house. I learned today that The Demick Co do more than just plumbing. They renovate kitchens as well. Someone will redesign your kitchen and a crew will do the install. AJ and his team are the best plumbers around and I know anything they have their hand in will be top notch work. I highly recommend them.
